Well, after the all the excitement of actually creating and having a blog - i lost it and have not posted again! I need to create some sort of habit to actually post on it now that I have one.
We are well into summer now and after a rocky first couple of weeks we have settled in - it has been quite an adjustment with day care kids but I think we all know what to expect and things are running smooth!
Speaking of running - I am! I started the Couch to 5K from www.coolrunning.com program awhile back and am on week 5 now. I am so loving it and while it gets progressively harder each week I have kept up quite nicely if I do say so myself! I am just a little proud of the excellent definition I am getting in my calves - I have forever been jealous of Jason's calves and now can boast of my own - although on a smaller scale! I found a podcast to download to my awesome MP3 player that I got for mother's day (THANKS KIDS!) that makes each run so easy - I used to have to take my kitchen timer and try to get track of the repeats - but when I run all the blood in my body is trying to keep my heart beating and there is very little left to operate my brain, so the less thinking I have to do the better!
